El Chico Relish

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Frozen Sliced Carrots
  • 2 Cups Cubed Onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) Can Sliced Jalapenos
  • 4 Ounces Vinegar
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Combine all the ingredients together. Cover the container and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours Before serving stir all ingredients thoroughly
