

El Chico Relish
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Frozen Sliced Carrots
- 2 Cups Cubed Onion
- 1 (16 oz.) Can Sliced Jalapenos
- 4 Ounces Vinegar
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Combine all the ingredients together. Cover the container and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours Before serving stir all ingredients thoroughly
